Our principal solicitor Kerstin Thode has many years of experience in the areas of Family Law and Wills, Estate planning and administration.
Kerstin grew up in Germany and practised as a German lawyer before moving to Coffs Harbour in 2002.
Kerstin has worked for many years as a solicitor in the Coffs Harbour area and understands the local challenges of her clients.
Before practising as a lawyer in Australia Kerstin worked as a Mediator for several years. Kerstin is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and facilitates mediations.
"I really enjoy helping people and working with them. This includes helping my clients through sometimes painful experiences and understanding their loss. Even though it can sometimes be challenging for everyone, it is always rewarding when my clients are pleased with their end results."

Solicitor
Candice is a solicitor with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in Family Law and Wills and Estates.
Prior to joining our team, she has gained experience in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial leasing and Wills and Estates, as well as in the area of family law, an area of the law that she is extremely passionate about.
Candice was raised in the country but has called Coffs Harbour home for the last 20 years, along with her husband and her two children. She loves the lifestyle the Coffs Coast offers her and her family and when she is not at work in the office she enjoys camping, eating out, going 4- wheel- driving, being at the beach and anything that involves getting active or being outdoors.
