We have created a streamlined service for separating couples who have already reached agreement about their property settlement and want to make it legally binding.
Our service is designed to give you the benefit of professional legal guidance, while keeping the process as simple and clear as possible.Appointments can be conducted online or, if you prefer, in person at our office.

If your matter involves more complex financial structures, including companies, trusts or SMSFs, please contact our office so we can provide you with a tailored quote.
If you require orders to divide superannuation, and you would like us to manage the correspondence with the superannuation fund required for your superannuation splitting agreement, we can assist with this for an additional fee. *Please note that our prices do not include extras or disbursements that may be charged by third parties such as title searches (if required), valuations and reports, ASIC searches and court fees and conveyancing fees. ** Please also note that we will hold your money in our trust account until the matter is finalised and we will send you a tax invoice.
