If you have separated and reached an agreement for the sale or transfer of up to two properties (i.e. your home and/ or an investment property) and other items of personalty, motor vehicles and other items, including bank accounts, then we have the solution for you. We have created an affordable solution for separating couples, who have reached an agreement for their property settlement and want to make it legally binding.
This can be done online or if you prefer in-person.

ExtrasIf you have more complex financial structures, including companies, trusts or SMSFs, please contact us for a quote.
If you need Orders to divide your superannuation and you want us to do all the correspondence to the super funds required for your super splitting agreement, then please contact us for a quote.
We can do this for a small additional fee for you.
*Please note that our prices do not include extras or disbursements that may be charged by third parties such as title searches (if required), valuations and reports, ASIC searches and court fees and conveyancing fees.
** Please also note that we will hold your money in our trust account until the matter is finalised and we will send you a tax invoice.
